Liberty Market Tower at 135 East Liberty Street is the newest condo tower in Liberty Village and the final phase of Lifetime Developments’ six-acre Liberty Market complex. Designed by Wallman Architects, the 28-storey tower rises roughly 100 metres and holds 281 suites.
The tower sits on an eight-storey podium finished in brick-embedded precast panels, a nod to the neighbourhood’s industrial past, with retail at street level and office space on the lower floors. Above the podium, dark window-wall glazing gives the residential floors their open, modern look. First occupancies began in 2021.
Living at Liberty Market Tower puts you in the middle of everything that has made Liberty Village one of Toronto’s most popular condo neighbourhoods. The shops, cafés, restaurants and services of the Liberty Market complex are right at the base of the building, with grocery shopping, fitness studios and Liberty Village Park all within a short walk.
Getting around is just as easy: King West, the King streetcar, Exhibition GO station and the Gardiner Expressway are all close by, making it an easy commute to the Financial District and beyond.
Suites
The building offers a range of layouts, from one-bedroom-plus-den suites of roughly 550 to 610 sq ft up to three-bedroom suites of 880 to just over 1,000 sq ft, with penthouse suites on the upper floors. Parking is available with some suites.
