For all the greatness that Liberty Village has to offer, not everyone wants to be right in the thick of it. That’s why the Bridge Condos, located in a new residential neighbourhood just north of Liberty Village at King West – could be just what you need. Not to mention, Liberty Village is just a short walk away.
This new up-and-coming neighbourhood is known for its more affordable housing compared to its Liberty Village proper counterparts. Completed in 2012 by Urbancorp, the 22-story building has 531 units and a 24-hour concierge.
The units feature laminate floors throughout, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
Aside from the simple yet quality design, one of the best features of the building is that Rita Cox Park is practically in its backyard. If you have kids (or nieces and nephews who like to visit), the large park features an apparatus-filled children’s playground area, a splash pad, a grassy field, picnic tables, trees, and paths.
