50 Ordnance St

Scheduled for occupancy in the summer of 2020, Playground condos is phase 2 of the multi-phase development by Cityzen Developments and Fernbrook Homes. 

Playground Condos stands at 49 storeys and contains approximately 423 units. These condos will have many impressive design elements including designer kitchens, 9-foot ceilings and large wrap-around balconies. Similar to 30 Ordnance St – Garrison Point, the building will also include a selection of townhomes.
