The Massey Harris Lofts at 915 King Street West began as the world-renowned Massey Harris company, the headquarters of the once largest farm implements and tractor factory in the world. It makes a great loft to both live and work out of.
Restored by Canderel Stoneridge, the building features red brick and yellow posts, with 11-foot ceilings and vintage brick walls. Suites feature baths with an all-glass shower and radiant floor heating. It doesn’t get much more like a true loft conversion that this. You won’t have to walk far to find green space. Right beside the building is Massey Harris Park, a one-acre park that was constructed by landscape architects to reflect a rural oasis in the middle of the city’s concrete.
The park features natural grass, an assortment of intersecting pathways and boardwalks, a splash pad for kids, a doggy drinking fountain, and artistic features. Of course, Liberty Village, in all of its amenity-filled glory is just a short walk away.
