Village Family Health Team

Village Family Health Team has grown exponentially with over 10,000 patients and has been in operation for over 4 years. They are integrated with professional teams such as family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social work, a registered dietician and chiropodist works closely together with other health professionals including psychiatrists, chiropractors, physiotherapy, pharmacist and optometrist to provide primary care.
