25 Liberty has opened as of Tuesday (Sept 11) in the old Liberty Bistro location and it is already getting good buzz.
The Owner/Chef and first time restaurateur Daniel Lynn and his wife Tracy Coutts have spent time in some of Toronto’s top restaurants and have created a menu with an interesting
blend of modern Italian, French and Mediterranean creations.
They have had great lunch traffic in their first week and when you look at the well thought-out menu and drinks/wine/beer list (created by gifted bartender and assistant manager and Kyle Burch) you can see why. The décor is fantastic and someone has clearly put some thought into the furniture.
We are definitely looking forward to trying 25 Liberty for dinner soon. This place is a winner.
