Our Picks For The Top 3 Condo Buildings in Liberty Village
If I had a nickel for every time I have been asked ‘which are the best buildings in Liberty Village?’ I would no longer be working. It’s a fair question to ask and we, The Camber Group, have specialized in the Liberty Village condo market for over 20 years. After all, deciding whether to rent or buy a condo in any particular building is not an insignificant decision and with an array of condo buildings to choose from, it may not be obvious to your typical renter or buyer.
So I went straight to the pros to get their picks for the top 3 condos in Liberty Village (and because I am writing this I will include my top 3 as well.

Sara’s Top 3
55 East Liberty St because I remember when Michael used to live there and his first son, my nephew Milo was born there.
50 Lynn Williams St holds a special place in my heart because I helped my very first client purchase there in 2006. It was the first condo building in Liberty Village so I always get nostalgic when I’m showing there.
Last but not least I love 5 Hanna Ave because of the unique amenities: half basketball court, art gallery featuring local artists, and the meetings rooms. Pretty darn cool. Plus those 17 foot ceilings!

I love
43 Hanna Ave because it is the only authentic hard-loft residence in Liberty Village and features brick walls, warehouse windows, steel ceiling beams and Douglas fir posts.
5 Hanna Ave is one of my favourites because it is home to soft-lofts, two-level units and features extra-high ceilings. Special mention to the in-house art gallery and tool and utility room where artists can work on their own shop and craftwork.
125 Western Battery Rd is great because it has a 3,000 square foot amenity club and incredibly functional layouts – including open-concept but classically separate kitchens, expansive living spaces, 9-ft ceilings and lots of natural lighting.

Toy Factory at 43 Hanna Ave – Known as one of the top iconic loft buildings in the city. Has both soft lofts and hard lofts featuring red exposed bricks, wooden posts and beams giving units that true authentic loft feel. This building has recently upgraded amenities and known to have lower maintenance fees than other buildings in the area. Easily the most unique building in Liberty.
Liberty Market Tower at 135 East Liberty – The views in this building! One of Liberty’s newest condos, you get great views in all directions in this building – southern lake views, northern and eastern city views and the most beautiful sunsets in the west.
Electra Lofts at 1029 King St W – Two storey soft lofts with mezzanine style bedrooms, featuring floor to ceiling windows and 17ft high ceilings. If you’re lucky enough to find a unit on the PH level, you’ll have your own private rooftop patio, perfect for entertaining. All utilities are included in the maintenance fees.
Michael Camber | Camber Group | 20+ Years of exceeding sellers expectations in Liberty Village & King West
Michael’s Top 3
Liberty Towers at 59 East Liberty St – Putting aside the fact that 59 East Liberty has the best daytime concierges in the city of Toronto (those who know longtime concierge Ali, know what I am talking about), the building really does feel like a community. It has a great ratio of owners/renters and has a tremendous condo board, great amenities and generous layouts.
Liberty on the Park at 69 Lynn Williams St – While it might not have the wide array of amenities that some of its neighbouring buildings have, 69 Lynn Williams has some pretty impressive east-facing views over
Liberty Park. I am a view guy and this building has some of the area’s best. The layouts are highly functional and the building itself has a smaller, boutique feel to it. Plus, the south lobby is pretty cool as well.
Zip Condos at 80 Western Battery Rd – another OG Liberty Village condo building (built in 2008), 80 Western Battery has some pretty awesome split plan 2-bed layouts facing east and north with dramatic views. As mentioned, I am a sucker for unobstructed views and this building has some killer ones. The pedestrian bridge to King St W is just across the street making this one of the easiest buildings to get around from.
