The dog days of summer are clearly upon us and our friends at the Liberty Village Brewing Company have created a new brew, perfect for sipping on the patio.
Crafted to beat the Summer heat, the 504 Saison is a drier, fruitier, beer brewed in the Belgian style, and perfect for Sunny patios.
To celebrate the launch of the 504 Saison, the Liberty Village Brewing Company will be hosting a launch party at 25 Liberty on Wednesday August 7th from 5:00pm till 11:00pm.
So join them on their home patio at 25 Liberty in Liberty Village from 5:00pm until late to enjoy some brews in the setting Summer sun.

504 SAISON
Brewed and dry hopped with Citra and Czech Saaz hops at Junction Craft Brewing, the 504 Saison weighs in at 5.5% ABV, and 33 IBU.
This is a similar recipe to the 504 Pale Ale, except Saison yeast was used to battle the warmer, Summer, fermentation temperatures at the brewhouse.
Make sure you get there early because, if their 504 Pale Ale launch was anything to go by, this will be a busy one!
