Liberty Village Toronto | Your Online Neighbourhood Guide

The Blog

We would like to welcome a new Pan-Asian-Fusion restaurant to Liberty Village! Pepper Ring Asian Cuisine has just opened up behind Brazen Head and beside The Village Cheesemonger in the Liberty Market Building.

The menu is large and eclectic and features a fusion of Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese favourites including General Tao, Pad Thai, Pho, stir-fry, Vietnamese Bun and salad rolls.

The best part is that they deliver ($20 or more)!

Give them a try and let us know what you think in our restaurant reviews forum!

I love this place! Just what liberty village was missing! Prices are reasonable-huge portions, and the place looks great inside. If your in the village it would be a crime not to check it out 🙂

Very disappointing… I would never eat here.. nor recommend this place. Unpleasant experience. I regret waisting my rare delivery food occasion on this place.

We got takeout from Pepper Ring last week and it worked for us; the Szechuan Beef was zingy and not too heavy, and the Pad Thai hit the spot. Portions are generous, too. Glad to see some Chinese in the neighborhood.

This was terrible and I agree a waste of a take out night…. Left overs have been tossed. Truly unfortunate. Had curry pad thai, general tao, and chicken red curry (this last one was the worst I’ve ever had). For thai, stick with young Thailand, I didn’t realize just how good they are, until now. There was nothing redeeming about this, and a waste of $40.

I found them friendly and super kind, but i have to say I wasn’t really impressed with the food. Found it bland and just….lacking something. However the Har gow dumplings were perfect. Ordered delivery when they first opened so hopefully they’ve improved 🙂
