As 2018 nears its end and the busiest months of the year are behind us, the Liberty Village condo market continues to chug along – busier than one might think.
Overall, the Liberty Village condo market in November was busy. Condo sales were pretty similar compared with 2017 (39 vs 37) but prices are up about 5%. This would be considered a healthy and sustainable increase.
