Though many believe that it’s a cold market for Toronto Real Estate right now, Liberty Village specialist, Michael Camber, shares some of his perspective with us.

Michael Camber, Liberty Village’s #1 selling Realtor, offered the following insight into the current market in Liberty Village:
“As of Friday, February 3rd 2018, there are 3 units for sale in Liberty Village. Now typically, a quiet time in Liberty Village in terms of inventory would be 20 listings. Only 2 units sold this week and it’s not because people are not buying – it’s because there is nothing for sale. So if you are considering selling, this would be a great time.”
With that being said, it would be wise for Spring sellers to get the ball rolling now and take advantage of the lack of inventory in the market. Close to no inventory available means that your property would have little competition and would likely have more than one buyer interested.
If you are currently looking to purchase a condo in the current market, having a knowledgeable, strategic and experienced real estate agent guiding you is more important than ever. In this market, if your realtor isn’t on top of it, you don’t stand a chance.
