For those of you who wish there were grocery options other than Metro near-by, Loblaws fans rejoice.
The word on the street is that a new “urban concept Loblaws” will be the main tenant in Canderel’s DNA3 condo, currently under construction at King and Shaw. No official word has come from Loblaws yet but Canderel did confirm that Loblaws will be occupying 10,000 sq.ft. on the ground floor of of their flagship King West condominium project.
The announcement is seen as a major coup with the developer adding a much needed grocery store along the King West stretch. 
It will be nice to have another option besides Metro.

When?
With the bridge from Liberty going up @ end 2015, this is a welcome addition to our neighbourhood. 🙂 Yay!
