*Updated 11/15* Zip Condos and Lofts at 80 Western Battery Rd was Liberty Village’s second condo tower. Completed in 2008 by Monarch Group, Zip is the second of three towers of the same complex, completed about 5 years apart.
One of the many perks of living in Zip is that you have access to all of the fabulous amenities in both Battery Park and Vibe as well. All amenities can be accessed without having to go outside as the buildings are interconnected.
80 Western Battery Rd is a popular choice for buyers and does offer many of the same finishes you would expect from the newer buildings in Liberty Village. Let’s break it down and see what has been happening in 80 Western Battery over the past 6 months:
1-Beds: There have been 2 1-bed sales, both of which were of the 2-storey loft-style variety on the 2nd and 4th floors. Both were 754sqft and average sale price was $428,000 and average days on market was 16 days.
