There’s no question that Liberty Village has a dog waste problem. Truthfully, it is more of a dog-owner problem.
Whether you are walking through the townhome walk-ways, the courtyard between Bliss and Liberty Tower or Liberty Village Park, you are very likely to come across a shocking amount of dog waste.
It seems that some, certainly not all because many of the dog owners are responsible and delightful in Liberty Village, love the idea of having a dog but perhaps not the responsibility that comes with having one.
