Condo staging has created a lot of buzz in recent years. It essentially refers to the preparation of a condo or house for sale and usually involves an aesthetic makeover so that potential buyers fall madly and deeply in love with your condo.

Staging most-often includes de-cluttering, de-personalizing and furnishing. Stagers will highlight the features of the unit and distract from any ‘not so desirable’ features.

Often times buyers need to be shown how they can use the space, and this is especially the case in smaller condos, condos with unique layouts and vacant condos.

Statistics have shown that Staged condos sell 2–3 times faster and for up to 6% more than un-staged ones.  Buyers perceive staged units that are well presented as being worth more.
