On behalf of West Employment Services & Training Program (WEST), we would like to extend the invitation to our community for an upcoming Apprenticeship Info Session happening on November 26th from 2-4pm. The invitation is open to anyone who might be interested!
Some of the topics that will be covered during the session include:
- What is an apprenticeship?
- How to register to an apprenticeship program
- Details about the program (ie. The fact that you earn while you learn)
- Grants
- Testimonials and exploration of skilled trade careers
- Opportunity to meet with an Employment Specialist following this session to help you find a sponsor/employer and guide clients with resume touch ups
