Liberty Place, at 30 stories and 420 units, is developer CanAlfa’s newest Liberty Village offering and has been an extremely popular with renters in the area.
Now that the building has registered (and will soon close), those who have purchased directly from the builder are able to sell their condos on the resale market. This also means that buyers are able to purchase these units without having to go through the arduous task of an “assignment” sale.
