Michael is a real pro in every aspect, from due diligence, to selling strategy, to generating traffic, and maybe most importantly because not many agents do this … at managing expectations! So many agents will tell you what you want to hear in order to get the mandate, then fail to deliver on it. Michael instead never shows his cards, manages expectations, and then over delivers. Michael did a tremendous job selling our LV condo, setting a new record in our building. But even though we thought our unit should have set a record, he never promised it – he just did it. We could tell he spent time to understand what the target market for our unit would be and how to position his pitch rather than apply the same cookie-cutter pitch many agents use for all their listings. He really went the extra mile on everything to generate buzz for us when it came to the marketing material, the LV website, FB ads, got us highlighted in BlogTO as “Condo of the Week”, as well as his own network of agents. He was also very responsive, all the time. There were a couple of times when Michael could have taken an easy close and accepted pre-emptive offers, but he truly wanted to get the maximum price for us that he could. Lastly, special shout-out to Sara who is an open house superstar and did an incredible job generating interest there too. I’ll finish just by saying that within minutes of meeting Michael, you’ll be able to tell that he is a closer, is plugged in, and knows how to play the “game”.
